Now TV keep charging £9.99 a month

Hi all

ive been trying to get some help. Now TV keep billing me £9.99 a month, despite me cancelling my subscription months ago. There is no clear way to contact them on this site- the Help pages don’t work when I click on them, and I’ve had to have my bank put a block on them. Now I need a refund on the wrongful billing over the last few months. Anyone know who I contact?
