Twice this has happened now, but for some reason my Now TV subscription via app has been cancelled, however I have not cancelled it. Anyone know why this has happened? I have checked my payment card and it has not expired. Thanks
Sounds like someone has your account details and doing it. Best to change your password and remove ALL devices from your account.
We have had several reports about this lately. And if a bad actor masquerading as you cancelled your subscription, I would expect you to still get an email.
It’s more likely it’s an odd thing that happens because something is going wrong at Now.
Get on Live Chat and ask what is happening:-
Don't click on Get Help Quicker - this is a ‘bot that will know nothing useful about this situation.
