The nowtv 3 for 1 cinema offer i believe is for new customers, if that's the case did you create a new nowtv account or was the offer added to your existing account that you had the 14 day movie trial for ?
When you go to My Account on here and select Passes & Vouchers does it say sometime like your offer will start in 4 days time and your will be on a 3 month offer ?
If you have two separate accounts,then you need to cancel the account with the 14 day free trial movie pass if it says next due payment on the 4th of September 2018 is £9.99.
When cancelling a pass make sure you go through all the steps on screen until you get the cancel confirmation thumbs up and maybe take a screen shot of it.
