I have Resetup Now TV yesterday (14may) it charged like its no big deal, then woke up this morning to a direct debit being setup for 31st. Is this a normal thing to do, charge full price and set a direct debit up half way through? U would think it would automatically set it up for a month from the day u buy it.
Since there is no help online, what do i do change the direct debit at the bank? seems like a cheap move from a big company?

Is this for broadband? You can contact your bank and they can remove the direct debit.
Otherwise you can’t set up direct debits for Now passes. You just give them credit/debit card details.
Need to know exactly what is happening to assist.
