Now Billing lack of clarity

I normally pay £20 a month for my NowTV monthly sports pass £5 for Entertainment pass. Recently while trying to update my payment card, I noticed the payment was show £33 for sports pass and something higher too for the entertainment pass. I'll be glad if someone could explain what is going on to me.

The £20 and £5 are discounted prices, they won’t last forever. Usually 3-6 month deals. 

Is your deal coming to an end perhaps?

 

Full price sports is £33.99 and entertainment is £9.99.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

My question is that, I haven't been informed about any price change and my signing up was from a broadband provider. If my price is changing, should I not be pre-informed?
