So we were due a refund on the fact we didn't want the cinema package.. this was done buy a lovely man .. but we have now had the payment taken twice so now we are 20.00 less off for a product we never wanted!!
Have you put a payment PIN on your account to prevent this from happening again?
Go back to live chat and request for all devices to be logged out and change your password.
No refunds get handed out on here as this is just a forum mainly used by other customers like you and me.
