Hi all,
I have had NOW TV for a year and a half now, and I was regularly receiving email updates. However, I have noticed in the last few months, I am not receiving any at all - and I have checked junk etc. I am not even receiving notifications that payments have been taken and monthly renewals (though I can't remember if they ever did this?)
Has anyone else had the same problem? Or have NOW cut back on the number of emails being sent?

Check out the section “account details” on your account. Ensure the box “be first to know” for contact preferences is highlighted as ON.
