Not one payment collected on time!



I've been a NowBB subscriber for about 8 months now and *not once* have you taken my payment on the due date, instead sending me an arsey email demanding payment. My details are correct, I've checked them several times! I've even used a different card with no luck. Totally unacceptable and causes me needless hasle.



The WiFi reception from your router is sh*te. I've used other providers equipment with absolutely no issue, getting a strong signal in every room in my home.




Intranet speeds are, on occasion, slow and often drops out.


Appalling and I'll be off ASAP.

Just to follow-up from @redchiz1 no staff will see or post on your thread. If they do they will direct you to broadband support by calling the support team.

If you do a search on the forum you will see countless threads with the contact numbers for NOW broadband support, you will also see many threads like yours complaining about the Wi-fi. 

Have you tried splitting the bands? Which should improve the speed however.

You should really be calling the broadband team to get your payments and speeds sorted. See link for number.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
