Not able to use newly purchased 12 Month Entertainment package

I set up a new account this morning and purchased a years entertainment pass for £45.


Money has been taken from my account and this payment also shows in my Now TV account under the bills section.


However when I try to watch anything it is asking me to sign up for £7.99 per month.  It appears as though there is a fault somewhere as my years subscription clearly isn’t working.


Live chat is non existent.  How the hell am I supposed to raise this issue?  


Very poor service indeed and not impressed so far when compared to the ease of Netflix and Prime.
