I’ve been trying to contact Now tv webchat with a query re billing. Everything is OK until I get to the choose category page. When I press on any of the options nothing seems to happen? It seemed to work OK a couple of days ago.

i'm having the same issue on MS Edge (windows PC), IE (windows PC), and safari (iPhone) - has been for the past 2 hours at least. Also, cannot apply a voucher to my account - don't know if they are connected issues?
