Not sure if anyone else has an issue, however I raised a case, and never saw the messages.. I had emails that stated I had messages, however, no links in the email, and when I logged into my account, nothing in the message centre, then I received an email saying case closed.. I tried the live chat, but only got caught up in a bot loop.. seems there is no help available for genuine issues.. anyone else experience this? What's the best method to contact, and ensure you receive responses.. surely there is a duty of care for customers who pay money for a service?..
