After cancelling a free trial in Dec 2018 I noticed in April that Now TV were still taking money for Cinema and Kids Pass - I complained on there chat line and they said they would refund 4 months of payments only, I advised them I wonted a full refund as I NEVER used the service. I was advised that this would have to be approved by a different department. Its now over 12 weeks since I put the complaint in and to this date I have only received a autimated email advising that my complaint is more than 8 week old. I keep on emailing them but get NO reply from them, which is NOT as per their own complaint procedure.

This is where Now TV not having a telephone number for TV passes is a let down.
