My account says -£9.10 in credit however have not received a refund .. when will i get it as its impossible to get through to you
It’s more usual for any credit to be applied to your next bill and not refunded directly to your payment method. The exception being any credit after (broadband) cancellation, in which case it’s usually paid after about a month.
I have the same issue. Broadband canceled but the credit isn't being applied to the TV bill and no refund given on the account.
