No receipt sent for Sky Sports 10 month pass

Hello community - has anyone had same issue that no receipt was e-mailed once the 10 months' sky sports pass was bought?  I usually receive an email with a reference code in the format "451M1234567".  I have checked my receipts in my Now TV account when I log in, but cannot see this reference.  I need this reference to claim via Quidco for cashback.

 

I can't get in touch with Now TV via chat or telephone about this.  Can someone help?

No. Got the usual email receipt. Could it have gone into spam? Or been accidentally deleted?

I have bought a sky sports monthly pass and I need the order number in format ''451M1234567''. I have not received that in the confirmation email. Please advise.  Also I cannot find the number to speak to now tv

 

It has resulted in wastage of hours
