I signed up to nowtv broadband and calls last November. I was supposed to be sent a landline number but this never happened. I have checked my messages and there is nothing there. And it is hard work trying to get hold of anyone to help me fix this.
Have you got a landline telephone connected ?

I have a landline connection just haven't needed to use it because of primarily using a mobile phone. However need to set up the landline due developing a poor signal with my mobile network.
They said a number would be sent wjem setting up broadband but never did. And never got round to chasing it up due to having a baby.
And there is no contact details on here other than the complaint number you have given. Thank you
If you have a landline line phone physically connected then have you tried the suggestion in this linked thread below to find your number.
The complaints link that I posted previously will get you through to the NOW Broadband Team who can answer NOW phone related matters.
