No internet



I had problems with the internet connection using Hub 2. It had disconnected for a period of 0.5 to 4hrs for three days in a row. What is funny is it always happen around 23:00-00:30. Tonight, I lost connection for another 1 hour and I have practised how to check my router connection for 1 hour, again. I am pretty angry because there is no problem with my cable. I just have to wait for it to come back. I never had this problem before and it is now very very often. I had to use my phone for help and all I saw was another member posting that he lost his connection too. I wonder if I can have some compensation as well.
