No house number

I am needing to update my payment details.  The form to update my details does not work as it insists on entering a house number, but my house only has a name, without something in this field, I am unable to continue.  If I put in a space or a 0 it allows me to continue, but fails as the address is wrong.  I can't get past this and so continue to get failed payment messages.  Does anyone have a way around this?

A couple of people got around this by either entering a full stop, minus or underscore symbol in the house number entry box.

 

Maybe also try typing "House Number" in the Community search box at the top of the forum screen page for any more hit results .

 

Should you be going around in circles, then phone the NowTV Broadband Team (use the telephone number in this link page below).

I assumed you are a NowTV Broadband customer ?

 

If you are not a NowTV Broadband customer and are updating your card details with regards to TV passes, then you need to either use NowTV live chat or send them a message using the web form on this link page below.

Did you also try using the Community Forum search engine box with your problem, because this seems to be reported a lot by customers who don't have a house number and there are a few workarounds mentioned in a number of different threads.

 

Entering three 000 also comes to mind for no house number from memory when reading other people's posts.

Its obviously not a new issue and it's certainly not difficult to change a web page, so why do Now still insist on pursuing with this and not making changes?

 

Even now, over a year after this was posted, I face the same issue. 

 

Shouldn't be forced to perform workarounds.

Again this issue is ridiculous. Still no resolution and been going on for years! Just image how many thousands of people have given up and use Netflix or Disney because of this. I'm appalled at this poor experience. Also ... chat doesnt work... no complaint response...  it's like a joke
