Just signed up for a free week trial, now tv told me I would get a confirmation email but I see no email, I've checked, checked and rechecked, so help would be much appreciated. Thank you.
When you go to My Account > Passes & Vouchers on here does it show the free trial has started ?
Also if you go to My Account > Bills & Payments (using the correct details that you signed up for the trial) does it show a up & coming payment due after the trial ends ?
