No Phone or Internet

Hello,

 

can some one help because I am giving up hope. I have an account and Now Tv have emailed me back in April regarding my payment not going through, I rang up and confirmed correct bank details. All correct and told now to take the £30 payment, then in may it’s happened again now I owe £60 and rang up last week to confirm details still correct and now refusing to take payment. Now as of today my internet has been disconnected and I have no phone and I’m working from home which means I cannot use anything let alone get through to you. I have confirmed my bank account details and it’s all correct with you guys and you simply won’t take my payment and now punish me and cut me of because of your failures. 

can some one advise or help?
