If there is no active NOW Entertainment Membership on your online NOW account and there is no recent charges under My Bills & Payments.
Then is it possible you have more than one account ?
Check all your email addresses used for any NOW email correspondence.
Also go into the My Account section of all your playback devices NOW App to see if there is any other email addresses used.
