No Credit

My account details for Entertainment show no credit on my account bu7t payments are being deducted! What enail address can I use to complain about this?

Hi @Anonymous User 

 

If there is no active NOW Entertainment Membership on your online NOW account and there is no recent charges under My Bills & Payments.

 

Then is it possible you have more than one account ?

 

Check all your email addresses used for any NOW email correspondence.

 

Also go into the My Account section of all your playback devices NOW App to see if there is any other email addresses used.

 

Use live chat for further assistance and any help with regards to being charged.

When you say no credit do you mean there is no active TV Memberships showing ?

 

If the NOW Entertainment Membership is still active and you haven't cancelled it fully, then NOW will keep taking the monthly subscription payments from your bank card on your account until you cancel the TV Memberships.
