So Trying to get an issue sorted and not sure where to post this but the Help Service is just not helping!!!
Numerous time stried to send an message and again and again I just get "Opps! Something went wrong" - Tried different browsers and to no avail.
I have been waiting for an Advisor is on way for an hour!
How an earth can you get in touch when the methods Fail?
Anyone else talking to advisors or able to send a message at the moment?

Well I change my opinon the chat worked on IE and just sorted issue.

I have tried online chat, and tried sending a message, it's exactly as the original poster says, there is no response!!!! And no number to ring either.....
I want to get a refund and need to speak to an agent to make my case for this!!!!

Welcome to the forum. Usually trying a different device and/or browser gets live chat to work, but if you're still having trouble getting there pop onto your My Account > My Passes page and look for the section 'I think I've been incorrectly charged' near the bottom, you'll find a request form there you can fill in instead.
