New user [voucher code removed]

Hi, my now tv was only installed on Friday and on Sunday I had a payment of £25  taken off my account, I haven't even started to use the broadband. How can they charge me after two days of installation? I can't seem to find any contact number for now TV. Please help anyone. Thanks x

You pay in advance, not arrears,

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
