New payment card

Hi everyone hope u all had lovely xmas and wishing u a happy new year!

 

I've updated my card details yesterday, but I cant see this on my new bank account only on the old one.

 

On nowtv account it shows my new card details.

 

I know ive only done it yesterday but just wondering if anyone knows how long it wpuld take for it to update?

If I understand correctly, you are asking us a question about your bank?

Why not ask the bank?

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
