Would have thought that you should have received a confirmation email of your order.
When you go to My Account > Track My Order or My Payments is there anything showing about your order ?
If there is no confirmation from the above, then you can always drop nowtv a message or speak to a live chat advisor from the link page below.
Open the link and click on the grey drop down arrow below Anything else to reveal the nowtv contact option buttons.
