I signed up for Now broadband over a week ago.
ive had no emails and there’s no date showing on my account for an engineer or activation date.
ive tried the chat but get the same messages repeating.
I feel ready to leave at this point, but can’t even find how to cancel!
are they really this bad? Is there no customer service? Thanks.

Normally you get an email within an hour or so when you sign up online with NOW Broadband.
I am guessing you have checked your spam / junk email folder ?
Maybe the order didn't go through ?
Best bet is to phone the NOW Broadband Team using the telephone number on this link page below.
They are open between 8am to 8pm.
