My service is due to start on Tuesday I'm switching over from BT. I made the switch just before Christmas but as my service does not start till January I was hoping to get the January sale price and offer that's advertised. Chat person told me to cancel and reapply after 24hrs. I was concerned this would cause disruption and delay as it's taken 3 weeks to get here, could customer service not just do this? Reply was they would just cancel my plan and reapply. This seem odd would really like to speak to someone on the phone. Does anyone have any thoughts?
