New customer entertainment 3 month pass issue

So I just bought now tv for the first time today and was pleased to see a 3 month entertainment voucher. I set the box up. Log in and then try to apply my vouchers which keeps saying it's already been used. How can it be if I scratched off the code straight out of a brand new now tv box.
