New bank account - payment unsuccessful

I switched bank for my current account at the beginning of March. My payment for my NowTV broadband is scheduled to come out on the 27th each month. On the 20th March, I took up the offer of the Cinema package for £1, at which point I was informed my payment details weren't correct - the account hadn't switched over like it had for my other payments. So I updated with my new bank account details and made that purchase, assuming that would also cover my payment for broadband. However on the 28th I received an email to say my broadband payment had not gone through and my internet would be cancelled in 7 days if I didn't ring to make the payment. I attempted this but was on hold for over 1 hour 30 minutes so gave up. Please can you advise how I can make this payment. Thanks, Colin
