Needing clarification about passes

I got an email from now TV claiming that my pass will be charged from this month but I have a valid pass until April. I tried to contact customer services via the horrendous 'live' chat about the issue and got absolutely nowhere thanks to the poor scripting and now I can't even find a number for the customer contact centre. 

Has anybody had issues with passes ending early? and does anybody have a number that I can get customer services on?

I had an issue with getting a free service that I never asked for then getting charged for it. When trying to use the Chat App advertised couldn't find it.

There is no form of contact number for the TV side of Now TV. Only number is for broadband customers only.
