Name on my account is wrong

I just joined trough bt and set up a now tv account through them. 
I used my email address. However my address is one people often think is there’s and they sign me up for all sorts. 
clearly a Jade Smith did that with now tv. 
So when my address was linked to my bt account the now tv name shows as her name and not mine!

I have changed my email address now so it’s not using my old one but I still can’t get rid of her name! 
the name on my bt account is correctly mine. 
how do I get now tv to correct the name on my linked account?

You don’t, you contact BT for all problems with a Now account paid for through them.

 

BT Now customers have the luxury of telephone support from BT, though I am afraid I can’t give you the number to use for this. Should be somewhere in the BT bumf they supplied you with, though.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
