Why does it say “We can't process your order right now, but we don't want you to miss out, so we're giving you temporary access to this Pass. Please try again later when we should be back up and running” for my sky sports pass. I cancelled this a month ago. Will I get charged?

Under what circumstances are you getting this message, and on what device?
Are you trying to restart the Sports Pass, or to not restart it?

The pass was set to cancel a week ago and it’s saying this on my passes on all devices. It’s still letting me watch Sky Sports
