NOWTV BOOST PASS I DIDN'T EVER ORDER

Has this happened to anyone else? Just signed in to my account and found that I've been charged an etra £3 per month since October following a trial, for a Boost pass. I know nothing about any of these things and never have the footy on more than 1 TV at a time. How do I go about getting this nonsense refunded. They've taken 4 months!!

NowTV was offering a free 7 day trial when buying a Sports Pass and other Passes for customers who never had a Boost Pass before.

 

Here's one screen shot example below, where customers who didn't want the Boost needed to cancel during the free trial.

 

Personally i don't like this idea, because it can catch people out like your good self, who don't fully read the offer and T&C's.

Anyway your best bet for a refund is to contact NowTV live chat (use the green chat online button in this link page below) or alternatively use the web form on the same link to send them a message.
