NOW won't charge for my membership. Membership on hold.Help

After a failed payment due to expired card, I have updated my new bank details but NOW won't charge me so my membership is on hold. Without a PAY button within the app I'm now stuck.. when will they charge for my membership any idea??

If you took the membership out via the app you won’t be able to manage it on the website.

 

For applying email offers I would suggest jumping onto live chat and speaking with staff. Click “chat online” within the green box, make sure you don’t click “get help quicker” as this is a bot.

Can you elaborate which membership your talking about? 
NOW provide both TV and broadband.

I have received an offer via email and think I went on their website to activate..Will there be a difference app or website?
