NOW will not collect my payment

NOW is unable to collect my payment, multiple valid credit cards fail

TV Memberships or NOW Broadband ?

What's the error message when you update your card and have your tried a different Internet browser or your smartphone with mobile internet data on it.

If you are using a VPN or out of the country when trying to update your details their system may not accept your card details.

have tried my smartphone 
have tried other cards that work with other vendors
I am not on a vpn
I have tried in chrome and firefox

Is it regarding TV Membership payment or Broadband payment.
