Hey all, I have recently noticed i have been charged for both of these items for months without requesting them....We have not even watched a single movie etc all the months we have been charged, is it possible to request a refund on taken monies all that time? any help appreciated thanks

Did you take out a free trial and never got the cancellation email?
If you didn’t get a cancellation email then you didn’t fully complete the cancellation process.
Your best to put a payment PIN on your account to prevent any new memberships accidentally being taken out.
