I signed up for a 7 day trail which required I add a card. If I try and go into "manage passes" to cancel the trail, I get an error message;

I went on live chat and explained it all and she suggested a few things to no avail. I tried logging on via different devices, browsers and a public wi-fi but same issue so it has to be specific to my account. They said it would be passed on to the tech dept and I would be contacted asap. Did not hear anything so 3 days later went back on live chat and again they said there is nothing they can do it will be passed to the tech dept.
So I am left with either cancel the card (massive inconvenience) or pay £7.99 when I don't want to.
Under these circumstances, where they have acknowledged the fault, Live Chat should either cancel the Pass(es) for you, or waive the upcoming charges.
Ask them to do one of these things, preferably the first, on your behalf.
Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
