So I signed up to NOW TV's Sky Sports 10 month Pass for £199.
Service worked great for the first 6 weeks - really great deal.
Suddenly I received an email from NOW TV Seeing my account had been suspended. Since then I have spent 5 hours over the last 3 weeks speaking to their live chat pleading to get the service back up and running. I have since asked for a refund but been told that this is not possible. It is impossible to get any information from them on what is going on. They have told me on three occasions that someone will contact me in the next 48hrs - never once have I been contacted.
Its a disgrace for a company like NOW TV to do this.
Has anyone got any advice on where I go from here?
