I have been trying to cancel my Movies pass since January and I am repeatedly automatically re-registered. So far I have been charged for three months of Movies passes despite repeatedly cancelling the subscription and not watching anything.
Could someone please sort this out. I last tried to cancel 29th March 2018 and received confirmation, but having just checked now, NOW seem to have reversed my cancellation.

Do you have a payment pin on your account as that would rule out someone else buying passes on your account.

I cancelled to but they have just taken the money from my account again.

They have just auto signed me up for sky cinema too and charged £9.99 i thought i was done with this crap service months ago.
