NOW TV PASS - TAKEN FROM MY ACCOUNT BUT NO CARD DETAILS GIVEN...?
Im hoping someone can shed some light on this for me.
My son signed up for a NOW TV £8.99 pass a few weeks back and then cancelled it and received the confirmation email. HE doesnt have any passes running on his account. He used his own Santander account and emaill address and it is the only account listed and Ive viewed his account with his card number.
Yet, they have tried to bill myself to my Santander account and yet no one at any stage has given them my card details..? I dont have anything to do with Now TV..?
How is this even possible...?
Im furious how this could happen..?
If anyone has any info on how this is possible...I'd really appreciate it.
