NOW Keep billing me for items I don't order?

Evening

Other than incompetence, or a really bad billing software, does anyone know why NOW keep billing us for random things. We've had "Boost" added to our account twice and this month its "NOW E42CE Sports London GBR"?

We do have the current Sky Sports package - its the only one we do have, but I'm getting tired of continually checking for random NOW TV subscriptions that we don't ask for! 

Rant over - back on to Customer Services tomorrow!

The details on your card statement can be bewildering, but that does look like it's for the Sports membership. It should tally with what is active on your memberships as shown in your account. Otherwise, by all means get onto them.
