NOW Fraud

I cancelled my NOW Ent a while ago but I've just noticed that the thieving ###### are still taking money out of my bank account.
Does anyone know who I should report this to?

You obviously didn’t cancel it, or still have another membership active

Did you get an email confirmation for the cancellation? If you didn’t then you didn’t go through the wonderfully cancellation process.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
