OK,
Kinda peeved that the only contractual term that matters with now tv is that "we have no contract". So why the heck are now tv stating "you're bound by our T's and C's?
Under the DPA now tv / sky are not permitted to retain information for longer than is necessary.
So when I state I want my account deleting... Now TV legally MUST (not should, MUST) comply.
It does not need to retain information in the form of an account for billing (vat invoices etc should of all been created already, etc, and contain required information...)
So...
Would Now TV like to comment on why it is breaching the DPA by refusing to delete customer card details, address info and further sensitive information.
