WILL NEW CUSTOMERS PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK THERE EMAILS WHEN JOINING NOW TV.

MAKE SURE YOUR EMAIL STATES THAT YOU ARE ON THE ANYTIME CALL PACKAGE ,IF THAT IS WHAT YOU ORDERED.

THERE ARE A LOT OF CUSTOMERS HAVE BEEN CHARGED FOR CALLS,WHICH THEY BELIVE WHERE FREE.

 

CUSTOMER SERVICE WILL TELL YOU THAT YOU WHERE PUT ON TO THE PAY AS YOU USE PACKAGE BY DEFAULT. YOU HAVE TO ASK THEM TO PUT YOU ONTO THE ANYTIME CALL PACKAGE, OTHERWISE YOU WILL RECEIVE A LARG BILL FOR YOUR CALLS ON YOUR FIRST BILL. THINKING THAT THE CALLS WOULD BE INCLUDED.  PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT IF YOU CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH THIS PROBLEM PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR SERVIVCE STATUS AGAIN ,TO MAKE SURE THEY HAVE CHANGED YOUR PACKAGE. NOT DOING THIS COULD COST YOU LOTS.
