My wife is being charged by now Tv but doesn't have an account

Hi my wife is being charged by now Tv for something she hasn't purchased, she doesn't have an account with now Tv and has had multiple transactions come out or pending in her bank account. The bank have told her to contact you to see what is happening but as she doesn't have an account she has no way of contacting you about this. 

Can anyone tell me how to resolve this please.

Sounds like fraud to me.

Get your bank to block any further transactions.

Call NowTV straight away. They don't make their number easy to find but here it is:

Unfortunately that number is just for broadband, most of the options don't let you speak to a person. When she did finally get through to a human theybjust said they can't help as it's a tv not broadband issue and to email [email removed] which she did but got an auto reply saying that address isn't used any more. 

So she is no further along.

She has spoke to the bank and got the payments marked as fraud but they said if now tv say they aren't fraud then the payments could still be taken. Hence why she needs to speak to someone to see what is going on.
