My reset password email goes to the wrong email address

I am trying to reset my password but the reset email is going to the wrong email address. I cannot log onto NowTV on my Smart TV now.

And strangely enough my First Topic Badge went to the correct email address.

Hi, not daft at all but no, I checked that everytime I tried.

@Anonymous User try emailing help @ nowtv.com (ensuring no spaces) with your problem and they may be able to reset it at their end.

Try customerservices @ nowtv.com (less the spaces) instead if this happens to you.
