My payment method failed on 21 Jan. I’ve added new payment method. How to reactivate membership?

My payment failed on 23 Jan 23. This was because I’d tried to update my payment method and mist have made a mistake with it.

I’ve now correctly added a payment method. How do I make the missing payment and reactivate my membership?

Is this for TV memberships or broadband?

As I understand that TV payments will keep trying for a few days.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
