The NowBot is not exactly the most helpful and there is no communication to NowTV staff. I spoke to them on chat before and they wouldn't help because I wasn't owner of the account, but the card on there is in my name.
Any suggestions? And can I get refunded for the months I paid as I shouldn't be paying these?

Either cancel your credit/debit card or ask your ex to change the payment details

Your bank has a legal obligation to stop a continuous payment authority when instructed to do so.
