Welcome to the forum. Firstly check your entertainment pass is active on your My Account > My Passes page

If it is then you should be able to view entertainment on your chosen device as long as you log in with the same username.

However bear in mind if you are using a YouView box (including BT and TalkTalk boxes) you can't watch entertainment on those only movies will work, so you'd need to use something else to watch entertainment on, see list here
