The money has been taken out of my account but when I try to watch, it says my payment was not successful. I think that's because the first card I tried didn't work.
But anyway, I paid, it's not working, and there is no contact email or phone number to sort it out.
Incredibly frustrating and a rip-off.
Anyone have any idea how to contact Now Tv to resolve this?
